We have the facilities and capabilities to complete open excavation works for the creation of a basement below a new property.
In addition we are equally competent and able to carry out retro-fit groundworks for those wishing to build a basement under an existing property. These retro-fit groundworks can be done in such a way that our clients can continue to live in their homes whilst the work is being carried out.
