Our skilled surveyors will carry out a thorough initial assessment of your site and identify any obstacles before carrying out any form groundworks. These could include, but are not limited to: reduced working space, either internally or externally, low headroom, proximity to adjacent structures, overhead power lines and limited access to the site itself.
4Site Basements have a system and the required equipment to cope with any possible construction scenario. Our extensive and our range of piling rigs mean that we can work innovatively and effectively on sites with load bearing and/or height and width restrictions. We even have the capability to implement bespoke piling rigs if conventional equipment does not fit the bill.
