For any basement construction project to run smoothly it is essential that there is robust project management in place.
Thankfully, 4Site understand the importance of tight project management in order to manage risks, meet deadlines and defined budgets, and to effectively co-ordinate resources, trades and services.
Have your basement conversion today
With each basement project that we undertake we allocate a named project manager who will take ownership of that specific construction or conversion project. As such they will be the client’s first port of call with any queries they may have. 4Site will always ensure that each project manager has a full understanding of the client’s requirements, the architectural, design and structural requirements, and the schedule of works. The full overview that each project manager has places them in a unique position of being able to advise, monitor and effectively liaise with employees and their client.
How we do it
What is the project manager’s role?
During a 4Site basement construction project, the project manager will:
- Provide the client with timely progress reports to keep them well informed at every stage
- Oversee all construction activities, to ensure that they are in line with agreed plans
- Provide the client with a knowledgeable point of contact should they have any queries
- Work to ensure the project is completed and handed over as agreed
Our insistence on thorough project management ensures that each basement conversion or construction operates to plan. This means that our clients can relax in the knowledge that their basement project is in safe hands.
